Sales Contract

  • After everything is agreed by all parties , the sales contract is then signed by Buyers and Sellers.
  • All Funds received from the Buyer are held in an Escrow Account by the Title Company/Attorney.

Timeline to Close

  • A Timeline will be set in the sale contract for deposit, inspections, financing and the closing date.
